Refund Policy

If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order has not been delivered and you’re not happy with your order please contact us at enquiries@halswellbutchery.co.nz or Tel (03) 322 8747 After Hours 021 553 267.

You must notify Halswell Butchery via phone or email within 24 hours of the delivery being made. We may not be able to refund any consumed or disposed of items. It may take up to 3 days to process a credit to your nominated account. Unfortunately we cannot issue a credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order.

Q. How do I initiate the refund and return process.

Please contact us  enquiries@halswellbutchery.co.nz or Tel (03) 322 8747 After Hours 021 553 267 with your order number and a summary of the problem so we can take action or use the contact us form below. Please be sure to include

  • your name
  • your order number and the date you ordered your contact number (so we can reach out)
  • your email address

Returns Policy:

Due to the nature of our product being perishable we do not accept returns.
