You can't go past our prime quality beef steaks. Our premium steaks are all aged at least two weeks to maximize flavour. We carefully age and hang our beef for at least 6 days to maximise tenderness and flavour. All our beef is sourced locally, taking the best of what Canterbury has to offer.
