Whole beef fillet also known as beef tenderloin or whole eye fillet is known as the king of beef cuts.

FEATURES:

Eye fillet is an oblong-shaped cut that spans between the short loin and the sirloin.

It sits beneath the ribs next to the backbone and does very little work, ultimately making it an incredibly tender and succulent cut.

It can be roasted whole or cut into steaks.

These typically these taper towards the end.

Cook it whole or cut off it off at a size to suit you.

The brilliantly cooked whole then sliced thinly for an impressive dinner, canapes or an easy banquet of self-serve filled rolls.
