Important Notice Regarding Grab One Vouchers
We want to take a moment to acknowledge the recent liquidation of Grab One and the understandable concern and disappointment this has caused for customers who have purchased vouchers and not yet redeemed them.
Unfortunately, this situation has occurred through no fault of Halswell Butchery. Like many other small New Zealand businesses that participated in the Grab One programme, we are ourselves a creditor of the company, with a large number of redeemed vouchers that Grab One has not yet paid us for.
This means that, regrettably, we are unable to honour any remaining unredeemed Grab One vouchers unless payment for those vouchers is guaranteed by the liquidators or another responsible party.
We know this is frustrating for customers who purchased in good faith, and we share that frustration deeply. Halswell Butchery has always prided itself on supporting our community and delivering quality service. This outcome is disappointing and distressing for us too, both financially and personally.
We are in contact with the liquidators to seek clarity on next steps and will share any updates as soon as possible.
